Waking up from a catnap May 2006 Such a beautiful cat. Xena loves to be around us and again like her sister is very vocal when it comes to wanting food and attention. We keep trying to guess who is the dominant one out of the 2 of them and just when we think it is Gabrielle it changes to Xena. At the moment they are about equal but no doubt as they get older all that will change. Xena looks as if butter wouldn't melt in her mouth, but that is so wrong! This little girl is into everything. House plants, toes and computer wires are minor things to her. She is more daring and attacks the waste paper bins and loves to empty them. She adores to shred paper and we have had to give her bits to tear in order to leave our magazines and paperwork alone. This is one brave kitty though, she does the bravest thing of all, she attacks the bigger cats tails! Looking as if butter wouldn't melt.....aged 6 months Sept 2003 Jasper and Jefferson do not like this one bit and soon put her in her place, we try to intervene but she has to learn. She loves playing with feathers on sticks and chasing wooden beads around the kitchen floor. She is a very curious cat and will probably be the most intelligent out of the 2. Again she is a turning into a cat that loves to fall asleep anywhere where there is a sun spot.
Xena aged 12 weeks June 2003 She is a tortoise shell colouring but with more black but the flecks of gold and brown in her fur are lovely especially when picked up in sunlight. She has a ginger coloured diamond shape piece of fur on her forehead which we hope she doesn't lose, it looks quite striking. We call it her little bindi. Again it is going to be lovely to watch how she grows and develops....definitely into more of a Naughty Tortie we think!
